I started this at the last MLAA meeting, and finished it at home. I began airbrushing about a month ago, starting out with a Crayola Airbrush from Wal-Mart for $25.00. It’s just a toy, but a good way to get started. That’s what I brushed this one with. It’s portable and needs only muscle to operate. I now have a regular professional airbrush, but the Crayola works well enough ‘in the field’.
Hello everybody!! Today I updated the banner image at the top to reflect the style change I currently use. Here is the difference.
My, what a difference 3 years of pluggin’ away at drawing day after day makes! I’m still learning to color though., but I’m
gettin’ there. I do my coloring in Manga Studio – which is like a hybrid between Photoshop and Illustrator. Like you can
scan in your wonderful hand inked art and change the layer to darken, and lay down the colors behind it and it shows thru
white parts of the inking.
The characters in the new banner are: The Evil Doc, Smithee, a zombie, Rex the dog and Billy.
